What makes this practice different
Sensitive by design
Family matters carry real weight. Our approach puts the wellbeing of all involved — especially children — at the centre of every step.
Complete discretion
Your situation stays private. We handle sensitive information with the utmost care and never share details beyond what is necessary.
Clear Thai law knowledge
We work within the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, applying it clearly so families understand their position and options under local law.
No pressure, no rush
We work at a pace that suits your situation. There is no pressure to decide quickly, and no unnecessary urgency added to a process that already carries enough of its own.
Plain-language communication
We translate legal language into plain terms. You are never left wondering what something means or what happens next.
Locally rooted in Chiang Mai
Based on Wualai Road, we are part of the Chiang Mai community. We understand local courts, local customs, and the realities families here face.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions families often ask
What happens during the first consultation?
The first meeting is calm and unhurried. We listen to your situation, ask a few clarifying questions, and set out your options in plain terms. There is no pressure to decide anything at that stage. You will leave with a written summary of what was discussed.
Do I need to attend in person, or can we speak by phone?
Both options are available. Many people find it easier to begin with a phone or video call, especially when travel or privacy is a consideration. In-person meetings are available at our Wualai Road office during office hours.
How long does agreement drafting typically take?
For straightforward arrangements, a draft is usually ready within five to seven working days. More involved agreements may take longer. We keep you informed throughout and never rush work that deserves careful attention.
Are fees fixed, or can they change during a case?
We are transparent about costs from the outset. For consultations and drafting work, fees are as listed. For comprehensive case support, we provide a clear cost estimate at the start and update you if circumstances change — there are no unexpected charges.
Can you help with matters that involve children's arrangements?
Yes. Parental rights, custody arrangements, and child welfare matters are part of the work we do. We approach these with particular care, always keeping children's wellbeing as the primary consideration.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, completely. Everything shared with us is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share personal details with third parties except where required by Thai law or explicitly agreed by you.
